I think in the last few minutes they should have dean fallen down from a fight or something and then Castiel pulls him up and says "I think your ready." dean and Sam both look at him with confusion on their face, he tells them to hold onto him and he takes them to an open field, Sam says "Cas, what do you mean we're ready?" Castiel says "forgive me if I'm wrong", he then tells them to close their eyes and they do as he says and he says to open them, when they do they see Castiel's true form, Dean looks up at his wings and says "Cas, your beautiful" a bright light starts shining and it cuts to dean, sam, and Cas all three are sitting on the Impala talking and enjoying the view sipping on a beer... it starts to fade out and Carry On My Wayward Son or Hey Jude starts playing.
