With a smile he looked at the girl standing across the place, chatting with some friends and enjoying the cake. She looked happy. A surge of warmth befell his heart as she laughed. His little dove. When they first met, she was just one of the pony girls, funny and full of energy, but half a child. He never imagined her growing up so much. But looking at her now, he can't deny it: A young woman is standing in front of his eyes. And she is beautiful as the night in his home realms. He left the wall he had leaned on all the while and walked over to the small group of people, his unhurried steps giving away an impression of calmness, while really he, for the first time in ages, felt a wave of nervosity coming upon him. Quickly he reminded himself of who he was: The Amazing Ydris, a son of Pandoria and worker of miracles.
