I was called a renegade, an outlaw, all because I wanted to interact with the universe and help those in need, rather than just observe, as was TimeLord policy. Once, long ago, we encountered a race who thought we were Gods. Following that incident The Cardinal Rule Of Gallifrey was enacted. The Cardinal Rule prohibited interaction with less advanced civilisations. It was a rule I couldn't follow, so I took my Granddaughter and stole a Type 40 TT Capsule. I've been on the run for 600 years. I've returned on occasion, sometimes by choice and sometimes not. I was even president for a while. But what I didn't know is that all that was about to change.
