Poem

12 1 1

I'm just a small dot in this world,
Belief; was never in the Lord.
Yet, whenever was in a knot,
First thing that came out was 'Oh God'.

Am I a liar,
Is that what it is.
Don't I have my own beliefs clear,
Maybe it's all the doing of his.

It's a weird place,
This world is.
Tied from a lace,
Called life; truly a bliss.

I guess I do believe,
Even though it's from the tiniest of my heart being naive.
It still wants to see the untouched requests to be once again alive,
The ones that I asked the Lord when I was nine.

Want to go back to those days,
Where I could believe once again.
While my mother taught me new ways,
To worship the Lord and gain.

That time never felt hard,
Guess that's what belief does.
Cushions the fall from the woes,
Maybe that's something, from which growing parts.

You've reached the end of published parts.
