Personality:They are pretty shy, but it once they open up they are mischievous and scheming. They love hanging out with their friends or loved ones and also love to tease them.
Background: They have two, supportive, loving dads: one of them is a firefighter while the other is an astronomer. Their astronomer father isn't much of a fan of pro heroes, but still supports Hoshi. They got the scar from a hate crime: them and their fathers were at a restaurant when a drunken man threw a bottle at them, screaming about how disgusting they were. The bottle hit the wall next to Hoshi, a shard of it cutting their shoulder.
Quirk: Stars
Description: This quirk can do many things—the user can shoot golden "stars" from their fingertips (sorta like laser-bullets shaped like stars), as well as float and make star shields. To activate any of these moves, they name a certain constellation for each one.
Drawbacks are the following: if the user shoots stars too much, their fingers begin to hurt and burn and if they float over ten feet or use the star shield for over an hour, they start to become tired and achy.
Super Moves: • Star Surf:They combine their floating and their shield to make a floating platform that they can stand and fly on. • Star Bomb:By pressing their fingertips together, they combine they bullets and turn them into a bomb Hero Name: Astro

Quirk origin:In first grade they and their friends were playing cops and robbers, (Y'know with the finger guns) and that was when the shot two stars out of them. The quirk developed from there.
