R-1 make a magic ring
Put 10 DC in the magic ring then slip sitch
R-2 chain 3 inc. all the way around (total of 20 dc) slip stich
R3- chain 3, double crochet in the next stich inc. in the next. (DC,Inc) repeat all the way around. Slip stich
R4- chain 3, double crochet in the next stich Inc in the next (2 dc, Inc ) slip stich cut the yarn
Make two and sew it together
