Glock started out as a knife company founded by Gaston Glock in Vienna, Austria. After a while they started to make pistols,the first one was mocked for being the plastic gun as it was too fragile to be used,but against all odds the hand gun passed its trials for the Austrian military and was adopted was ~60 more military around the world.
