Kabanata 1

It's been a years when my mama and papa died.Kamusta na kaya sila sa langit is them now happy with god sana nga nagluluksa parin kase ako ngayon buti nalang mayroon akong kaibigan na umuunawa sakin she know that I'm still mourning with my mama't papa't deaths siya kaagapay ko noong nag iisa ako sa buhay.

Nakaluhod ako habang sinisindihan ang dalawang kandilang binili ko sa store para kay mama at papa

"Ma,pa I'm  23 now! Hope that your proud to me now hehehhe I'm still adjusting hanngang ngayon ma,pa can't really live without you two guys  I miss you so much na po Isa nakong ganap na Architect ma,pa"  can't help but to cry while saying those words with my mama and papa.I really miss them but maybe I need to be practical now stand by my own feet and be strong.I was busy sobbing when my phone rang can't help but to answer it.

"Hello,need anything cally?"

"Yes my dear friend! Did you already forget it's your birtday kaya duh! Masyado kaseng workaholic HAHAAHAA lets party na here in my condo"

"Give me a minutes,I'm coming papaalam lang ako kay mama at papa nasa puntod pakase nila ako binisita ko sila"

"Sure paki sabi narin kay tito at tita sorry di ako nakabisita next time hehe k bye  muwagh!" Then she ended the call

"Ma,pa bye na po dadalaw po ulit ako" then I blow the two candle  before leaving the cemetery.

30 minutes and finally nakarating nako sa condo ni cally meron naman akong susi ng condo nya kaya dinako mahihirapan pang buksan iyon. When I went inside in her condo.I was shocked when saw many people inside her condo.
I really thought dalawa lang kame like usual

"Happy birtday Kathnes!happy birtday Kathnes may you live long kathnes! Blow the candle now and make a wish kathnes!" Cally said

I close my Eyes and wish to have a long life and live happily and to be with the man that I will love forever and after that I blow the candle and they all clap.

"Kathnes happy birtday !"  I don't remember her name  but maybe she's one of batchmate in highschool

"Thank you, your name again?" I asked her akwardly can't remember her name eh

"It's Cristina Kathnes one of your  classmates in highschool the liptint girl remember!"  Oh! I remember her now we laugh together when she said the word liptin girl.

"Sorry diko na kase gaano maalala name nyo but your face I can remember it Tina ."
Nag kwentuhan pa kame konti ni Tina before I excuse myself to her kase magpapasalamat pa ako sa ibang pumunta hindi naman sila sobrang dami maybe na sa fifteen  lang ata don't know hindi naman ako nag imbita sa kanila.

"Kathness  Happy birtday,stiil remember us? It's Niko."  I extend my hand to shake hands with him and to others who intoduce their selves

"I'm lisa "

"I'm kwinsi nice to see you again kathness happy birtday again"

"You look more pretty kathness happy birtday again"

"Kamusta na? Are you okay now? You look more fighter now"

"Yeah you  look fighter and strong now kathness not like in highschool so lousy but thank god you've change a lot."

"Thank you   " I smiled at them bitterly while coming back in my highschool life people judge me cause of my mothers affair in another man.

"Kathness my bestfriendddd! your so matanda na huhuhu" madramang sabi ni cally

"Duh! I'm still young no! " I rolled my eyes before laughing like an idiot

"Dito kana mag over night napagod ako today kaya! para mapasaya kalang  yieee "

"Yeah napagod din ako didn't know na may bisita palang iba" nagtatampong kunwareng sabi ko

" duh! Kailan ka kaya magkakajowa kath you are really pretty kaya but look at you matanda kana still can't  find a boyfriend hays."  I looked amazed of what she said

"Wow the one who have a boyfriend since birth talk to me like a good advicer huh?"  I sound so sarcastic while saying those word

"Iba naman kase ako sayo! Saka nako magboboyfriend kapag gusto kona"

"Just wow ha?you want me to have a boyfriend while you don't have one isn't its unfair to you my dear friend" I laugh like a witch
