"FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE!" I screamed between sobs

"You know I do all of this so you know when you are being taken advantage of." He said walking towards me gripping my hips

I pushed him off and wiped my tears knowing he gets satisfaction seeing me crying and hurt.

"You can't say that and expect me to be okay with everything you've done! You are a terrible man!" I yelled grabbing my phone and earbuds

"Now where do you think you're going without giving daddy a kiss?" He asked looking me up and down biting his lip

"I'll be back" I said softly leaving and locking the door

My father is sick and twisted. He's done unspeakable things to me and other woman. He killed my mother out of rage and threatened to do the same to me if I told. The only things that keeps me from ending it all is 7 men. They, as stupid as it sounds make me a better person. They make me feel less alone. I know I will never get the chance to tell them how much they've impacted my life but I'm fine with just watching them from afar in a sad way. Another thing I've grown to love is a small cafe far away from my house. It's called 'Lost Star Cafe' and I go there to think and relieve stress. And because of that, I am a regular costumer.

~One hour and thirty minutes later ~

I had finally reached the cafe and I was glad to see no one in the cafe, usually there are at least 3 or 4 people in here but it isn't like I'm complaining

I walked in, the sound of a small bell accompanied with it alerted the workers someone has come

" I will be right there! " someone yelled cheerfully

Just then someone came in with a messy apron on and a smile

"How may I help you?" They asked happily

I could tell they were new so I told them my pronouns. This cafe isn't like the normal Starbucks you'd go to. They make sure you are happy. They make it their goal to spread happiness, because in my area there are a lot of people like my father that hate the LGBTQ+ community and things like that so they basically built this as a big fuck you to people like that

"Hi, I am (y/n) and I prefer female pronouns." I smiled

"I am chris, I am currently transitioning so if you'd please use male pronouns that would be greatly appreciated" He smiled

(So like he was born female but he didn't feel comfortable as a chick so he is transitioning to male)

"What would you like (y/n)?" He asked

"An iced caramel coffee, espresso and whipped cream please. And if it isn't to much trouble a triple chocolate muffin would be amazing!" I smiled giving him my card

"It would be no trouble at all. I am getting paid for this after all." He joked making me chuckle

" That is...$8.68" he said swiping my card and giving it back

"I will just bring you your things when they are ready, so if you want to sit down you can" he smiled walking off to make my order

"Thanks Chris!" I yelled slightly walking off to my usual table

I sat down and sighed, sinking in the comfortable couch. No matter how many times I come to this place it still manages to amaze me every time.

It has a common theme of different white's and baby pink, it has string lights hanging from the ceiling along with regular hanging lights. It has white marble tables with pink insanely comfy couches to accompany them. And there is a upstairs that has the same aesthetic but thousands of different books. It has the same lights, same amazing couches, and same tables but a different feel.
