1.Her Eyes

I peeked and saw a labyrinth
As dark and deep as the sea
With stories whose end was yet unknown
Stacked with emotions heavily

I saw there urge, hope and plea
I saw there darkness and fear
And then came a wave and washed it off,
The emotions too heavy to bear.

I saw the tinkle of laughter,
I saw the wrinkle of age,
I saw the crinkle of anger,
Oh! In this heavenly maze

And then in an instant all was gone
Replaced by the usual mask
Only for a moment did I see her eyes
And I know it was a beautiful task.
