The two demons are in the cabin, Derieri has her head on Monspeets lap, he's fidgeting with her hair
"Monspeet?"
"Hm" he lifts his hand as she rolls onto her back, looking up at him
"Y'know I don't blame you for what happened right?" He tilts his head "you don't have to pay me back"
"I know I don't HAVE to pay you back, but I still want to"
"Why?" He shrugs
"It's the right thing to do" she giggles
"Coming from an ex-ten commandment, that's funny" Monspeet smirks
"It is, isn't it"
"You don't smile a lot Monspeet"
"Yeah"
"Monspeet, I- I have something to tell you"
"What?" She opens her mouth but a pounding on the door cuts her off, she sits up abruptly and Monspeet stands and walks over to the door.

he opens it to see a teenage boy standing in the doorway
"How can I help you?" Monspeet questions
"My family's house is getting attacked by a bear!"
"Okay?"
"Can- can you come help?"
Monspeet looks over at Derieri, she shrugs
"Sure" and she jumps up, they follow the teen back to his house, getting ravaged by a large brown bear
"Child's play" Monspeet stated
"If you could use Hell fire bird" Derieri argued
"Even though I can't, it's still not that hard"
"You want to bet how many punches?" Derieri asks cracking her knuckles "I say 5"
"Three"
"Alright, bet" and she lunged at the bear, she landed her first punch causing the bear to stumble over but hardly anything else
"That hardly did anything!" The boy exclaimed. and she lands her second punch, The bear goes flying but doesn't die
"What just happened? She hardly made a dent the first time!" She lunged back at the bear
"It's her ability, she gets progressively stronger the more punches she lands"
And she makes the third punch, causing the bear to die immediately
"Shit, I lost" Derieri pouts, her hands on her hips as Monspeet walks over

"You always underestimate yourself Derieri"
"Shut up" she punches him in the stomach, causing him to peel over coughing up blood
"Oh sorry!" Derieri steps back "I forgot to reset the combo"
"It's fine, I'm okay" he stands on shaky legs
"Are you sure?" She helps him regain his balance
"Yes, you worry too much about me, I've survived worse"
"Okay, I guess"
"Thank you for the help" a middle age man walked over "do you want to keep the bear as a prize?"
"Yes, thank you. Let's go home Derieri" he stated, he wraps his open hand around her wrist, bringing her back to the house and dropping the bear into the garden
