The Order of Chaos is a group of 500+ very dark and powerful beings who come together as a family to cause some unhinged mayhem throughout the Omniverse. The founder was a ghost lord named Kevin Grimm, who is also a lover of all things chaotic. However, he was killed by Yikaiothrarh(eldritch god of wealth, magical creatures, & imprisonment), who then took the throne for himself.
Together, with all of them using their powers, The Order becomes as powerful as a celestial or maybe even /more/ powerful. They are the personification of everything that is chaos and are definitely not a force to be reckoned with.
