Looking around Kaiko glanced over to Fontaine's room, the teenager could be seen with her headphones on speaking to Jess on her laptop. Peeking into Ant's room she saw him trying to teach Jeffery again to jump through a hoop. To her dismay, the table was dripping wet every time Jeffery jumped out of the water., the water spreading across the floor.

Making her way to the study's she caught a glance of Will through the door, still reading the scroll as he continued to translate it.

"Will?" Kaiko asked as she entered as the doors shut close behind her.

She watched as he ignored her presence, her arms folded over her chest in annoyance.

"Will?" She tried again in a more stern voice.

"Hmm, oh Kaiko I didn't see you there" Will replied as he lifted his gaze.

A weary smile was on his face as he met her gaze. He had been at it all day trying to translate that one paragraph, missing dinner as well.

"Will that's enough, it's already night" Kaiko exclaimed as she reached out onto the desk, she saw the scattered notes around the desk as well as the doodles that covered them, as she picked them up.

"You go on Kaiko to sleep, I'll join you later" Will smiled looking back down at the scroll his head resting on his hand.

Kaiko gave up, a yawn escaped her mouth as she rubbed her eyes gently. Will watched as she left the room tiredly, walking towards their bedroom.

"No match!" Will exclaimed, rubbing his temples. He took his reading glasses frustrated. He stared at the scroll intently expecting the answer just to come to him, alas he knew it wasn't that easy.

He brought up the translator, in the past, it gave a similar meaning to the word and gave a rough idea on what it was. There was also a downside to that as sometimes it did give random things such as the time he had misread a warning. Watching as the symbols change as the translator ran through all the possibilities, a humming noise filling the room as the translator began. It was sort of like a tune, it sounded so relaxing and tempting to close his eyes. His eyes slowly closed as he drifted off to sleep.

Buzz! Will sat up straight as he looked towards the screen. His eyes adjusting to the light shining bright. Nothing, it had searched through everything but nothing! Rubbing his left eye he glanced over to the clock, it had already been an hour. His finger hovered over the switch to the lamp as he shut the screen down and he closed the scroll. Pressing the switch to close the small lamp in the desk, he picked up the scroll.

A yawn escaped his mouth as he entered the pin, placing the scroll back safely back in its place. A tired smile slowly spread across his face as the safe closed shut and click sound echoed signalling it had locked.

Slowly walking towards their room, a voice caught his attention, it was Fontaine's. He shook his head in disapproval as he saw her wide awake talking to Jess. Knocking on the door another yawn escaped. Fontaine glanced over to the door as she saw Will standing outside.

"Sorry Jess, have to go. Talk to you tomorrow" Fontaine said as she shut the screen of her laptop.

"You were meant to be asleep a few hours ago" Will sighed as he entered the room.

"Sorry, I was talking to Jess"

He watched as she got into bed pulling the covers over her as she closed her eyes.

"Goodnight" he whispered turning the light off. As he turned around he was met with a surprise.

Ant stood there with a nervous smile as he held Jeffery's tank trying to escape off to the kitchen for midnight snacks.

"To bed now" Will responded knowing what Ant was going to do.

Ant frowned as he was led back into his room. Placing Jeffery on the desk next to him, he pulled the covers as he got into bed. He smiled as Will turned the light off.

"Goodnight Ant" he chuckled.

As he made his way to his room, the door opened as he stepped inside. He glanced over to the bed expecting Kaiko to be sleeping in bed. His brows furrowed as he saw it was empty, the blanket flat on the bed, messily kept. Looking around the room, there was no sign of Kaiko.

He opened his wardrobe, taking out his leather jacket. It could quite cold on the Aronax, especially in the night in January. Putting it on he looked about the Aronax. First going to the bridge, as he entered all the lights were switched off, no one was there. He stopped for a minute as he thought where Kaiko would be. Heading off to the engine room, there to no one was to be seen.

He headed up towards the deck, as he walked by the door to the deck. Just as he was about to walk past it, he caught a glimpse of a person. Turning back to the door he walked onto the deck. The cold breeze hit him as he quietly walked behind Kaiko. She was sitting on a crate staring into the sky, shivering quite a bit her hands wrapped around herself rubbing her arms.

Quietly, Will took his jacket off as he placed it gently around Kaiko wrapping his arms around her waist. Kaiko snapped her attention towards him, he could see a tired smile on her face.

"What are you doing here out in the cold, I told you to go to sleep" Will whispered as he sat beside her, his arms still wrapped around her.

"I was waiting, I decided to come up here when you didn't come for a while" she smiled not lifting her gaze off the floor.

"Sorry" Will apologised, pulling Kaiko closer to him warming her up, noticing how badly she was shivering.

Will watched as she didn't lift her gaze off the floor, deep in thought. He knew she was upset about him spending too much time in the study.

"Ok fine tomorrow I won't go to the study at all" Will replied pecking her gently on her cheek.

A small smile lit Kaiko's face as she looked up towards Will.

"Wow! Comets" a voice exclaimed from behind them grabbing the couple attentions.

Ant displayed a huge smile as he pointed up to the sky, on the other hand, Fontaine held a camera nervously smiling as they turned around.

Will sighed knowing they wouldn't go to sleep even if he scolded them, he gestured to the space next to Kaiko. Ant snuggled into Kaiko as well as Fontaine. Will adjusted himself so one hand was wrapped around everyone and the other around Kaiko.

They all looked up at the dark blue sky as it blended into a pure black towards the horizon. A smile lit their faces as white streaks of light lit up the sky as well as the little speckles of white dots scattered around the sky.

"They look beautiful"
