how you met

JAEDEN:

- sophia had brought you to a party after the premiere of the first "IT" movie (you two were the closest of friends)
- you stayed to yourself for most of the party, since you weren't great in large crowds
- you were on your phone, texting another friend, when you saw someone sit on the chair across from you out of the corner of your eye
- "hi... is it okay if I sit here?"
- sitting across from you was a boy with brown hair and bright green eyes; you couldn't deny it, but he was quite cute; the fact that it was jaeden martell himself made it even better
- "uh, sure," you replied in a polite tone
- you two introduced yourselves and talked for a while
- you then exchanged numbers and got quite close

BILL:

- you two were childhood friends and had always been close
- you don't really remember how you met specifically, but you both knew that your mothers were good friends

JACOB BARBER:

- you two met about two years before ben rifkin got killed
- you were sitting in math class, working on your assignment by yourself (you never liked talking in class)
- you suddenly felt someone tap you on the shoulder and you turned to see who it was
- it was a boy that you had seen around school a few times and that sat next to you in this class; you didn't know his name, but now, looking at him closely, he seemed nice
- "hey, do you know the answer to this problem?" he asked, pointing at his paper
- you leaned over a bit in your seat to look at his paper more clearly; you knew the answer so you helped him work it out
- he smiled at you as a way to thank you for the help
- "i'm jacob barber," he introduced himself
- "nice to meet you, jacob. i'm y/n l/n," you replied with a smile
- you two became great friends after that

JACOB THROMBEY:

- you were with your parents at a get-together at the thrombey household; you, being the shy girl you were, kept your distance, although you were polite to everyone you met
- you decided to sit down after a while, since your were getting bored of this
- you pulled out your phone for a bit, scrolling through all of your social media; you didn't even notice the boy sitting next to you as you stared at the screen
- "you addicted to your phone, too?"
- flinching slightly, you turned to see the source of the voice
- sitting next to you was a boy around your age with tousled brown hair and in very dressy clothes; you admitted that he didn't look particularly friendly, but you decided to be polite anyway
- "yeah," you replied as you nodded, sighing a little. "parties aren't really my thing."
- "understandable," replied the boy. "that's one of the reasons why i'm on my phone all the time, but, whatever."
- you just nodded, a little too scared to say anything else
- i'm jacob thrombey," he introduced himself, extending his hand as he put his own phone down
- "i'm y/n l/n," you replied politely, shaking his hand gently
- "nice name," he complimented. "and you look nice, too."
- "well, thank you," you said shyly, blushing a little
- what you didn't know was that he didn't think you looked nice... he thought you looked stunning
