Those Three Words

"I think I'm in love with you," Timothée said out of nowhere as we were walking on the cold pavement in the park.

I looked at him, eyes wide, mouth open. Im baffled. This is the first time he's said that to me. We've dated for about 5 months now so it was about time to show how we really feel about each other.

He was now facing me. My face still surprised. "I- Timothée...," I say shocked. Now his mouth is open and his eyes are wide as well. He turns back around, now facing ahead of us. " Sh*t, y/n. I-Im sorry. That was too soon."

I grab his face to make him look at me. "No, no, no. Timothée, I love you as well," I say just inches away from his face now.

I lean in closer, grazing my lips on his soft lips. Imaginary fireworks are set off above us. He grabs me by the waist, pulling me closer to his chest. When we parted i rested my head on his chest. His hands are on my lower back and mine are on his.

"I love you so much, y/n," he whispers to me.

"I love you more."
