Hey y'all! I've been writing this book with a lot of emotions flowing through my body. Writing it, is a way of dealing for some of the feelings I've been struggling with. I always write a chapter, listening to one particular song on repeat.
This process went in two ways. Sometimes, I'd have a general idea for a chapter, and then find a song that perfectly matched the events and vibes of that chapter. Chapter 13 and chapter 19 are perfect examples this. Other times, I'd be listening to a song (randomly on a walk, or during my commute) and the lyrics spoke to me in such a way, that they inspired me to use that feeling to figure out the direction of a chapter. This was especially the case with the first three chapters.
I thought I'd take you along on this journey, sharing the feeling I had with the chapters. I'll update this list throughout the process, to keep you up to date. Hope you like it <3
