1#Slight hallucinations: it is very important for you to balance the use of your quirk and your mental stability. Example; If you're feeling depressed and use your to a certain point your hallucinations will be more realistic and if possible physical meaning if you hallucinate about a black shadow and it throws you to a wall, you're literally being thrown into a wall. The most you should see is shadows in the corner of you eye.

2# Nightmares: same thing for the hallucinations, everything will need to be balanced so that the dreams doesn't become more realistic and physical. You may even have lucid dreams.
