Demon Slayer Tanjiro's Father Alive

The Deal

As Tanjiro was Preparing to leave to town to sell charcoal His mother calls him over "Tanjiro come here you have soot all over your face" she wiped Tanjiro's face. "Now be careful, there's a lot of snow today and try to come home soon" said Kie(the mother). "I will" he responded. "big bro" said Shigeru "You're going to town again today?" Shigeru added "I'm going with you!". Then Kie joined in "oh no your not, you know you can't walk fast like tanjiro", "mom" shigeru whined "you may not" kie said then added "Since he can't use the cart today because of the snow, he won't be able to give you a ride when your tired". Shigeru then ran up to Tanjiro giving him a hug. Hanako then said "I wanna go with you, I promise I'll help you" Tanjiro then replied "Thanks Hanako, but your staying home today" "huh?" hanako whined. Tanjiro quickly added "I need both you and Shigeru to help out Father, ok" with sadness in their voice both said "ok" then Tanjiro added "and as a reward I will bring you shigeru lots of goodies and I will read for when I get back Hanako" both replied "Really?, yeah". "Thank you so much, Tanjiro" Kie said "Sure" Tanjiro replied. "Takeo, will you chop as much wood as you can?" tanjiro Asked "Sure, I'll do it, but... I was hoping we could do it together." Takeo responded upset, Tanjiro then walked over to Takeo and patted him on the head and said "There, There" Takeo jumped surprised and asked "What's with that all of a sudden?" Shigeru pointed at Takeo and said "you're blushing, Take!" Takeo angrily responded "Hey, you shut up!" then Tanjiro continued to pat Takeo on the head and said "there, there".

Then Tanjiro walked to the front of the house to find his father sitting there drinking tea. Tanjiro walked to his father and asked "how are you doing today?" His father turned to him and said with a smile "I am doing a bit better today, thank you" Tanjiro looked at his father and said "good". "I going to start heading out now, ok" tanjiro said, as he said this his father said "alright, but don't take to too long okay" Tanjiro turned to his father and said "yes". With that Tanjiro started to walk away from his home towards town and waved goodbye to his family.

On his way to town Tanjiro saw his sister Nezuko and a sleeping Rokuta on her back. "Going into town today?" Nezuko asked "yes" he responded patting Rokuta on the head. "Nezuko is your kimono ripped again?" Tanjiro asked "oh, yeah I guess it is no worries I can sew it back together" nezuko replied "How about someday I take you out to go get a new one?" he asked "no, it's totally okay" she kindly replied "you should really consider my offer" Tanjiro said. Nezuko then gave in and "alright I will take you up on your offer" she said. "Bye" said Tanjiro on his way to town.

In town, Tanjiro was able to sell all the charcoal and also helped some of the towns people. after selling all the charcoal decided to go back up the mountain. Tanjiro started his way back up the mountain when someone called his name "hey, Tanjiro" Tanjiro turned to see it was old man Saburo. He then asked Tanjiro "are you planning to go up the mountain" tanjiro replied "yes" Saburo then told him "you better stay the night here, it's dangerous to go up so close to night" he said but then Tanjiro convinced him he would be fine so Saburo let him go up the mountain. then Tanjiro started to go up.

while Tanjiro was going up the mountain His Father sensed something terrible coming his way. Tanjuro decide to tell his family to go inside they listened to curiously. then Tanjuro walked out of his home in his ceremonial outfit with a strange stick(I have honestly no idea what it's called i'm sorry) that had seven points on it 3 going up on both sides of the center with a bell at the bottom of handle. Tanjuro just stood there in the snow as a man in a fedora hat and black clothes approached. As soon as he got to top of the path he stopped walking and just stood there and watched Tanjuro. Then the man in black took a step closer and then Tanjuro asked "how may I help you Demon" the man in black laughed surprised that he could tell. He then introduced himself "Hello, my name is Muzan" Muzan then added "I am here to kill the last breath of the sun user" he said with a smile. Tanjuro then responded "there is no breath of the sun user, not yet" Muzan laughed and then said "well to bad I just walked up this whole mountain and i'm hungry so you and your family will have to die" then suddenly Muzan notice the man had disappeared. It took him second to realize that not only was Tanjuro behind him but his left arm had also been cut off. "wait what?" Muzan was surpised by the mans power but at the same time really pissed. Muzan quickly jumped away from Tanjuro and regenerated his arm. He then started to question how he was able to cut off his arm with a stick. Muzan then asked "how did you cut of my arm" Tanjuro replied "The wood of this stick comes from a rare tree that grew at the top of mountain, this tree is so rare because the wood absorbs so much sunlight that it would catch fire" he then added "the wood it self is almost as strong as iron". Muzan looks at him and says "well that could be a problem". the two stand still and then both of them charge at each other.

Tanjiro has made it almost 3/4 of the way up the mountain when suddenly Tanjiro smelled blood and something awful as soon as he smelled this he bolted to the top of the mountain. Tanjiro arrives at his home to see his family slaughtered and his dad being held by the throat and missing his right arm not paying any attention to the man holding him. tanjiro then smells that Nezuko is still alive but and sees she only has minor injuries Muzan notices this and trows Tanjuro to the ground. Tanjiro runs to Nezuko screaming "NEZUKO!!!". Muzan is about to reach them when suddenly their father is there and blocks Muzan. He yells at tanjiro "TANJIRO! take Nezuko away from here now" Tanjiro is frozen in fear "I said go" with that Tanjiro grabbed the uncouncious Nezuko and started running from there home. Tanjuro and Muzan are fighting when Muzan says "you won't stop me I will kill you and then them" then Muzan shove his arm threw Tanjuro with that he fall to the ground. Muzan start moving toward the siblings but stops when something catches his foot. Muzan looks to see it was Tanjuro that grabbed his leg. Muzan looks at him and says "my you are sure are surprising but you won't sto-" Muzan is suddenly cut off when Tanjuro Is crying and ask "Please, just let them live, I'll do anything just please don't kill them" with that Muzan thinks "well in your current state you can't do anything, so... are you willing to become a demon?" Muzan asks, Tanjuro lays there thinking and say's "Yes" with that Muzan says "well then we have a deal" he cuts his arm and gives Tanjuro a lot of his blood then he begins to rapidly regenerate. "Alright then follow me" Muzan says with that Tanjuro looks behind him and says in his mind "I'm sorry Tanjiro and Nezuko" then the two were gone.
