Backstory: Was a soldier that got his limbs blown off by a grenade leaving him crippled he then sign up for a experiment to give him the ability to regrow his limbs at the scientists first try using salamander dna to allow for regeneration but that did not work so they made him an artificial dna that worked but he became a monster for 24 hours destroying a city and killing all his friends and family when he came to he willingly gave himself to the government and was locked away but a therapist helped him contain the beast within after a year he was realised.
