Puppeteer is pretty powerful but he isn't overpowered. You can get him down if you know a small trick.
His main power is his bigger form. He never used this alot unless it's someone who is a decent match for him.
His second power is the literal control of shadows and turn them into a physical weapon.
Third is his own normal body. This is when he's low on energy and goes in for a fast kill. He'll just bite your face off and then be done with you.
last......Mass Mind Control. In a last priority he can mind control over 500 demons/people for 30 minutes. This fucks up his mind after he stops so he's vulnerable after.
