Remember when you were a kid you wanted to do something but your parents wouldn't let you because that was an adult thing, so you would say "I can't wait to grow up so I can do whatever I want". Then you do grow up, you turn eighteen, you have your huge birthday party to celebrate your adulthood, then next year you turn nineteen and then suddenly your twenty and you're just laying there in bed and questioning every decision you've made and asking yourself "So what now? What do I do now?" and that's where it starts: the anxiety, the stress. So you ask for help but nobody's there to help you because you're an adult you should know what to do. But what do you do when nobody has ever thought you how to handle grown up situations, I mean 10 years ago they were literally telling you to not do that because you were too young. What now? What do you do when the same society that failed to teach you the basis of survival just leaves you there, stranded, with nobody at your side. It's like what Giacomo Leopardi, an Italian writer, said "It's as if somebody invites you to their home but once you're there they just don't take care of you anymore".
