Quirk: Leila can make wheels come out of her feet on command and she has lightning speed where if she runs fast enough she can make static sparks and if she touches you while she's charged up you'll get a giant shock and it will cause you to pass out if you get to much you can die. Also when she's fully charged one eye turns yellow.
