Unfamiliar Feelings

Before we begin I wanna say a few things. First of all being that this is my first ever fanfic but due to a bunch of events I accidentally logged out of my account and I got logged out, so if you search in the title of my story you will probably see the original first chapter. Second is I welcome any and all constructive criticism I can get just try not to be overly harsh. Last things, the story takes place after the school festival in season 4 and I will include multiple ships but if you don't like them then you can take it up with my secretary 😁.  Sorry to those who liked the original but I decided to start from scratch. And I would love to see how many puns and references you find in the comment section. Alright now enjoy the story

Deku POV:
In Gym Gamma there is little to be seen besides thick smoke and a blur of bright green light to fast for the naked eye to track. Me, and the smoke is coming from none other than the angry ash blonde boomer known as Katsuki Bakugo or as I call him Kachaan. How'd did I get in this precarious situation you might ask? Here's quick recap

Flashback:

Class we'll be doing another quirk assessment activity. You will fight against one your classmates. The objective in this exercise is to wrap a given strand of tape around your opponent in the time limit given to assess your quirk efficiency and how it goes hand in hand with your ability to end conflict relatively quickly. You will have 10 minutes per fight to do soMr. Aizawa said informing the class.

I've listed the match-ups on the board so hurry up and find your name and opponent and meet me in gym gamma. Mr. Aizawa said as he left the classroom.

I tried to see who I was facing off against but couldn't do to there being a large crowd in front so I took this time to strategize.

As I was mumbling a thousand words a minute Iida, Todoroki, Asui ,and Uraraka came up to me.

Hey Deku! Do you you fight against yet? Asked Uraraka with great enthusiasm and a smile I've come to love deeply.

Oh hey no I was just strategizing based on what quirks I might have to face what about you? I said looking away as I was blushing deeply because of how close Uraraka was to me.

I'm facing Ashido  apparently but I didn't think to strategize yet. Uraraka said and chuckled nervously.

I'm facing Aoyama, ribbit. Said Asui.

I am facing off  against Jiro. Said Iida.

I'm facing off with Kaminari. Said Todoroki.
Just then Todoroki walked up to me, put his hand on my shoulder, looked me dead in the eyes and said, Good luck Midoriya. And he walked off like the dissident, renegade he is.

The rest of us were confused and just as  I was about to say thanks I Kachaan walked up to me.

YOU BETTER GIVE THIS FIGHT ALL THAT YOU GOT DEKU, DON'T YOU DARE GIVE ANY LESS!!

Oh ok you got it Kachaan I'll do my best, I said with a mixture of confusion and nervousness. But when I saw the list I was just straight up nervous.
