In my own words, shifting is literally putting ur mind into an entirely different reality. although it sounds complex, we shift every time we make a decision or choice we're shifting to a different reality. When you shift everything and everyone is real and everything will feel real, the only thing that might make it feel "fake" is because you planned on going there. All the characters even though they might be fictional in this reality, are real in a different one. So also don't be a douche or commit murder for fun, they have feelings and emotions just like us.
