Shadows
Addison have spent the last couple of days cleaning up her Grand aunt two room cottage like home at the very end of the street in the little town folksire which she have grown to love and call her home, why was she doing this? well when everyone else claim to be too busy to stay longer than the day of aunt Rosie's funeral, Cleary the one who she left "that stupid old house" to should clean and pack it up all by herself, this didn't surprise her, Addison knew when it comes to aunt Rosie she was the only one who cared enough to visit while she was alive so why would they even bother to help now, Addison always enjoyed leaving the big city to sit and chat up a storm with aunt Rosie while she ate homemade brownies, her grandmother's sister was a wonderful soul and Addison was surely going to miss her.
Sealing the last box of aunt Rosie's belongings, Addison lay their sprawled out on the wooden floor "I guess it's time for me to go" she thought out loud,
she closed her eyes and sighed heavily opening her eyes once again she glimpse a shadow passing the kitchen entrance, she sat up quickly almost knocking over the bottle of water next to her, suddenly more aware of her surrounding,
"girl you're tripping, there's no way aunt Rosie is haunting this place hahaha......right?" Addison whispered to herself,
at that same moment she herd the back door slammed shut
" ok that's it I'm leaving" Addison said to no one but herself
she rushed to the back door and ensured that its closed she went and then went to grabbed her stuffs in the living room and headed straight through the front door, closing the door behind her she realized that it was dark out, "but it was too early to be this dark out now" she thought, turning away from the door she came face to face with the unknown all she could see were trees, trees and more trees Addison could not believe her eyes, panicking she swiftly turned back to the door, in her panic state trying to open the door she realized the door knob had vanished, she started frantically banging on the door, suddenly the door started to vanish as well,
"NO!!! NOOOO!!!! NO!" Addison whispered frantically to her self in total shock.
Pure terror climbed up her throat stealing her voice away , she sat there on the lush green grass sobbing, for how long? Nobody knows, or that's what she thought.
