mirror mirror on the wall

who is that girl

i don't know her at all.

broken and bruised, a corpse in control

how could anyone not notice at all?

this monster that has become

that can not be me

she's covered in scars, in display for you to see

her eyes are so deep, full of things you can't see

as deep as the ocean, even deeper if you ask me

she looks so fragile, as if one touch could kill

the void that she is keeping, too hallow for anyone to fill

i convince myself i don't know her

i convince myself she's not me

but deep inside i know

how messed up, i've come to be.

mirror mirror on the wall

the girl in the mirror

i now recall

words i am unable to express Where stories live. Discover now
