in grey sheets
rain pounding on the windows
of a thin walled house
alcohol and weed and boys yelling
soft touches and thin hair
blue eyes and soft snoring
awkward exposures
innocent confessions
messy floors and bacon in the kitchen
heartfelt attempts
pure concern , forgotten feelings
i choose to remember you and that laugh
any girl would be lucky to own
i say again , green
