"Here you go." James hands the cashier a twenty and collects his change. He steps aside and waits for his food.
He spots a gorgeous girl standing in line next to him, waiting to order. "Hey."
She pushes her phone in her pocket. "Hi. Do I know you?"
He smiles. "No, but I'd like to know you."
She giggles softly.
"You single?"
The girl nods hesitantly and turns toward him. "What's your name?"
"James. And yours?"
"I'm Andi."
"Well Andi, how about we go back to my place and eat this food together?"
Andi smiles at him. "I'd like that."
Fifteen minutes later, the two are sitting on the couch chatting about their lives.
They finish eating and lounge around for a bit.
"Well, I'd better get going," Andi says.
"Aww not yet! Where do you have to be?"
"It's getting late. I shouldn't be out until midnight with someone I just met."
James walks over to her. "Wait, what if I told you I had a great seat for you and me to see an amazing show?"
She looks slightly puzzled. "What? Where?"
James smiles. "Right here." He points to his face.
Andi chuckles. "Mmm... well if you insist..."
