in order to shift you need to know what it is this part is what shifting is
a simple defantion is going to a diffnent reality

DR: desired reality
CR/OR: original/current reality
WR: waiting room
methods: how you get there (not need but highly recommed [ will explain more in a anthor part])
scripting: what you will look like and if you can and cant die and if people dont exist and if you have a reltionship (this will be gone more in depth in a diffnert part)

you cant not script a lover because it will feel froced you can YOUR IN YOUR REALITY
