BACKSTORY: Rhiannon was born in French Quarter, New Orleans. By the ripe age of 19 she was out on the streets, no home to call her own due to the simple fact that she was siphon. Wondering the streets alone got her into nothing but trouble. She had been on her own up until 1903 when she met a fellow by the name of Lorenzo St. John. They were the same age and got extremely close but she was slowly dying of consumption, just like Lorenzo. She was turned by Lilly Salvatore, only because she has wanted another daughter figure in her life, since she had never had one of her own. That night, Lilly and the remaining of their family left without a word. Lorenzo and Rhiannon had toured the world all up until the 1960's. Enzo had went missing and she searched nearly every surface of the world and she finally gave up in the 70's when she heard how he died in the fire. It completely devastated her and she didn't get to say goodbye. Marilyn moved to Portland, Oregon. Hopefully to get a fresh and new start. She had taken a job as a baby sitter to a family known as the Parkers. They knew about her vampirec abilities and as long as she didn't feed in front of their kids the Parker's were okay. She watched the family grow, and grow. But Kai, Kai was the one that always had his eyes on her. They were in love, but she had to keep her secret and she had to keep him safe. When he was young, before all the magic she had compelled him to forget her if she ever left him. So, when she found out he murdered his family she bolted and Kai lost his memories of her. Marilyn moved to Mystic Falls to try to maintain a normal life, never seeing Kai again until he escapes the prison world.
