Akaashi walked to school avoiding his boyfriend avoiding Everyone he didn't like the crowds most of the times they'd be really loud or try to bug him really the only person he let close to him was Bokuto but Bokuto didn't even know everything about a lot of things mainly Akaashi's boyfriend he didn't want Bokuto to worry so he never told Bokuto about what he was doing or why he was scared of touch or flinched when he tried to hug him Akaashi felt bad about it but he couldn't control it , after a little bit of walking he ran into his boyfriend Fuck it's him Akaashi thought to himself seeing his boyfriend there Akaashi Knew he would be mad because he didn't wait for his boyfriend at his normal spot but he wanted to avoid him at all cost he hates being hurt again by him Akaashi went around and successfully went in without his boyfriend seeing Akaashi sighs a sigh of relief but next thing he heard was his boyfriend yelling "HEY AKAASHI WHY DIDN'T YOU WAIT FOR ME TODAY" he heard his boyfriend walk over and Akaashi freezes up when he hears his boyfriend No no no I was trying to avoid him Akaashi thought to himself panicking inside knowing he's alone Akaashi stumbled with his weird "I-ah oh yeah s-sorry I forgot" Akaashi was nervous what is he going to do his boyfriend grey looked at him and whispered into his ear "your so dead tonight prepare for a worse beating" Akaashi nods as a response and walks off to his class

Time skip to practice

"HEY HEY HEY AKAASHI" that was the first thing akaashi heard walking into the gym "oh hey Bokuto-San" Akaashi said in a calm voice Bokuto has been suspicious of grey for a little bit he's notice every since they've gotten together he's seemed to be even more scared to touch Bokuto got worried but he shrugged it off thinking it was nothing Bokuto went to pat Akaashi on the back and Akaashi jumps a little "wait wait I'm sorry- please don't hit me " Akaashi said just out of habit he relized it was Bokuto and quickly apologize but Bokuto was concerned "Akaashi did I do something wrong?" Bokuto asked thinking this was his fault "no no it's fine Bokuto you didn't mean to" Akaashi said in a reassuring voice, as they got practice going Akaashi seemed distracted Bokuto didn't know why worried as Akaashi's captain and friend but even if he asked Akaashi he knew Akaashi wouldn't tell him hes always been quite and to himself it made Bokuto wonder why he even was so secretive he wished Akaashi would talk to him about what's wrong "Bokuto?" Akaashi said questioning why bokuto has been staring off and not practicing or anything Bokuto looked straight at him smiling "yes Akaashi!!" He said in his normal cheerfully voice "nothing you were just spacing out" Akaashi said with his same calm voice there was a few Seconds of uncomfortable silence Akaashi realized practice is over and his boyfriend should be coming to pick him up. Akaashi knows what's going to happen if that happens he's going to go home and grey is going to beat the shit out of him he needed to stall time but didn't know how but he didn't have any time to think of anything when he hears his boyfriend walk in Akaashi looked at Bokuto with a scared look on his face and Bokuto noticed and frowned worried why does Akaashi look scared is he ok all that happened was grey walked in he thought to himself then realized it's probably grey that's making him scared but why? Bokuto shrugged and mumbled "he's fine I must be seeing things" Bokuto then smiled Akaashi didn't want to leave his spot he wanted to stay with Bokuto and the rest of his teammates

But he knows he can't "hey Akaashi come on let's go home" grey said and Akaashi shivered scared of going with him "o-ok I- I'll see you t-tomorrow Bokuto" Akaashi said stumbling grey grabs onto Akaashi's arm with a tight grip dragging Akaashi to his car without warning grey pulls Akaashi into the car and starts driving "you forgot to wait for me idiot this morning your getting a worse beating tonight" grey said and Akaashi shivers "please not again I'm sorry I didn't mean to!" Akaashi said pleading about to cry "shut up you mistake and lookie here were at your house parents aren't here oh yeah because you live alone" grey said laughing in amusement as he pulls into the drive though he then stands up out of the car

ABUSE

Akaashi runs inside hiding but it didn't work grey found him and grabbed him by the throat throwing him against the wall "o-ow" Akaashi croaked as grey did it again grey was about to do it again put he threw Akaashi onto the ground and starts punching him in the face "stop it hurts please" Akaashi was pleading wanting the pain to stop but grey didn't listen and kept hitting him after a little bit grey stopped as Akaashi was bloody and had marks all over his body he was used to it he always used foundation to cover it every morning

"now let me take the rest of your food" said grey walking and taking all of Akaashi's food leaving Akaashi with no food to feed himself being to weak to stand up grey left him like that it happened most nights

akaashi crawled to his bed and layed down crying "someone help me it hurts" he said knowing no one will come to save him that he's alone he fell asleep crying in pain

-Time skip to the morning-

Akaashi groaned getting up hearing his door bell ring over and over again "he's not here already is he..." he stumbled downstairs thinking it's grey but he opened it to bokuto "b-Bokuto what are you doing here" Akaashi said realizing he hasn't covered his scars yet like he does everyday "I-I'll be right back I need to do something" before Akaashi could finish he felt bokutos big arms wrap around him giving him a comforting hug"Akaashi? What happened you look hurt..." Bokuto asked in a worried voice "Bokuto let's get inside and sorry I don't have any food at all..." Akaashi said nervous that Bokuto is going to get mad and hit him or something like that Akaashi and Bokuto sit on the couch and Bokuto pulls Akaashi close to him as Akaashi cries into bokutos chest "it's grey" that's all Akaashi had to say for Bokuto to realize Akaashi has been abused by grey this whole time "w-why me" Akaashi asked sobbing into bokutos chest Bokuto wraps his arms around Akaashi letting him cry "because life is unfair" Bokuto said in a calming voice "now how long has this been happening Akaashi? And why didn't you tell me" Bokuto said mad at himself for not trying to figure out why Akaashi would always flinch or why Akaashi looked scared when grey would come near he also was mad at grey for hurting Akaashi "I'll never let that happen to you again ok Akaashi I'll never let anyone hurt you again" bokuto said keeping Akaashi as close as he can he's always wanted to do this but not when Akaashi is hurt and crying "thank you Bokuto but I can't leave him..." Akaashi said after a little of silence "why cant you?" Bokuto asked a little confused

"Because he'll come after me..." Akaashi said fear in his voice "I'll protect you Akaashi! Just please break up with you I can't stand you being hurt like that" Bokuto said worried "you promise....?" Akaashi said hoping Bokuto is telling the truth "yep Akaashi! I'll protect you" Bokuto said in a confident voice "o-ok I will" Akaashi said Still crying into bokuto

"It's ok Akaashi I'm here..." Bokuto says trying to comfort Akaashi and it seems to work Akaashi eventually fall asleep in bokutos arms feeling safer then he has ever with grey Bokuto kisses the top of Akaashi's head and that wakes Akaashi up but he pretends to still be asleep "I love you Akaashi..." Bokuto said thinking Akaashi is still asleep Akaashi sat up looking at Bokuto "you do?" Akaashi said happily that maybe dating grey to get over Bokuto paid off even though he never really got over Bokuto "y-yeah" Bokuto says surprised that Akaashi was awake "I love you to...I was only dating grey to try to get over you... I didn't think you could ever like me" Akaashi says a little embarrassed "YAY AKAASHI LOVES ME TO!!!" Bokuto says while embracing Akaashi with a big hug "your really energetic Bokuto" akaashi says with a smile
