Keith Kogane, a 17 year old high school student, returns to the city of his past. His foster parents, Tom and Marie, decide that he needs to get to know people in the town, so they enroll him in a summer camp. Little does he know, he's actually one of the counselors at said summer camp, and he'll be working with younger kids. Tom and Marie hope that this experience will broaden Keith's horizons and help him gain new skills. Keith, a true introvert who isn't a big fan of kids, is shocked. The attendees and CHILDREN, and he believes that his foster parents put him in the wrong camp. Later, he finds out that he is a counselor, and all is well... Until he sees familiar faces from his past...
