"When I was a child, my grandmother told me stories about dolls. Little did I know that these tall tales were more than just words that passed an old woman's mouth." Meet Miles, your average 18-year old teen who just entered a world unbeknownst to most, the world of Dollmaking - the act of giving life to lifeless vessels. He lived a perfectly fine, normal life. And then it became everything but normal. Just after graduating from college, a family tragedy ensues which sets him deeper in his grandmother's past. As Miles walked through his grandmother's decaying memories, it becomes clear that his grandmother was more than what he thought she was. Her past might have been dangerous. There might be a reason why her grandmother stopped telling him the stories. And somehow - no matter how impossible it may sound - her stories might be true.
