Margaret Kade's career has taken off. She's out of the closet and living with her brother in their new favorite city. She has reconnected with an old friend interested in her wedding business. The further they get into arrangements, the less excited Maggie becomes. What is wrong with her? Could it be time for a big change? Old friendships are complicated, but shouldn't revisiting them with the experience and options of adulthood make a person happy, not devastated and confused? We'll find out whether Maggie can spin this whole thing into a successful engagement party and a successful friendship. This story will not get sexually graphic but will include same gender romance, descriptions of neurodiversity and mental illness, and mild 'adult' language.
