Sage Madden had a reputation, not a particularly good one. But what they don't know is that between the partying, alcohol, and sex, there is a troubled teenager battling addiction and depression. She wasn't popular, nor unpopular. Everyone knew Sage, but no-one knew Sage. She had 'friends' but to her, people were disposable, no-one truly knew her and so to her, it didn't matter who she was around. Sage seeks an escape in vices that do her no good but consequences weren't something she considered, temporary fixes were all she wanted. When her 'friend's' brother, Alexander, gets a peek into the disastrous life Sage leads, he tries to help, but is met with much resistance. But the outcome he didn't expect was falling for her, the feelings not returned.
