It may be another beginning, but it marks the end of the previous life. He doesn't like that.

Alec's world is turned upside down when he dies and wakes up in a different form. Slowly, he must learn to reach out and adjust to this new life--and the challenges that come with it.

There is an organization hellbent on destroying beings like him, marking them as dangerous and beasts, but every being--vampires, as they're called--he knows contradicts that statement.

They are his friends.

They are fighting.

He will fight with them.
