Autumn has been made to move a state away from her home town and although she has to leave her dance studio, friends, and family behind, she is not bitter about it. A new state means a new dance studio, new friends, new opportunities, new... everything. So when she starts at a completely new dance facility it is no surprise that she meets a boy. A dancer boy, who is as interested in her authentic vinyl collection as she is, in his dark, dark hair and peculiar charming ways. But although Lewis is now becoming a big part of her life, he most of the time is not the issue. The head bitch in charge at dance is not so fond of the skills that Autumn posses. They can out shine her most favored students, they can bring all the attention to her, they can stir up an excessive amount of jealousy within her new dance community and because of this, Autumn's got it coming for her.
