No two identical twins are ever exactly the same. They will always have their differences. Scarlet and Violet are no exception. Although they have almost identical faces, their personalities cannot be any more different. Violet is the sweet, understanding, idealistic, always smiling, give-them-the-benefit-of-the-doubt twin. Scarlet, although good, was tough, realistic, and often scowling, after experiencing heartbreak at such an early age. Violet, ever so trusting, took a chance on dating well-known playboy, Donny. And when she proved herself wrong and got her heartbroken, Scarlet and their older brothers wanted to get back at him. And so they suggested switching lives and breaking Donny's heart by taking everything that made him the school's Golden Boy: fame, class ranking, MVP title, and especially his friends. After all, as their older brother said, "what hurts a guy more than seeing his best friend and his girl in love with each other?" It seemed like the perfect plan. Scarlet and Violet study in different schools and told no one about being identical twins. What could possibly go wrong? Scarlet plans on taking everything that matters to Donny and making it her own. All to make Donny pay for every heart he ever broke, risking her own paper heart in the process.
