The story is written in a log based style and follows Ángel Pomar and his escapades as a phantom theif. He wants to rid the world of evil by making therapy and mental health care commonplace so that deviant behavior is reduced. That's his dream, anyway. With the help of his fellow theives and the Velvet Room residents, he wants to see life change.
