Thoughts in our minds are random, so we must control our minds to overcome negative thought processes. Meditation and spirituality are the best methods of cleansing these impurities in our minds. With meditation, one can transform the negative energy of their mind into a more pure and positive form of energy that is less worldly and more peaceful. With meditation and spiritual activities, one will lose interest and start disengaging himself from the unwanted set of thoughts, ultimately making our mind move towards silence. We need to stay consistent with our practices and involve ourselves wholeheartedly in the tasks which we are doing in our lives.
