A Trilogy, the Forget Series is something like never before. Watch as 10 year old Bridget grows up in a dystopian reality, where she is taught that being anyone except who they say she is will get her killed. The rules have changed since the pandemic back when her great grandparents were alive. The world has turned against women. Again. You don't want a baby that your boyfriend left you with? Execution. You, a woman, feel as if you need to have a say in your life. Prison if spoken allowed. You wear a hijab. Public humility, and if the wrong man finds you, you get hit. And finally, the one that gets her in deep trouble, and the one taken the most seriously. You can't question your gender. Execution to you and all those that you have told. No woman is respected. Anyone who doesn't agree with the government is hardly tolerated. But when you're a kid, it doesn't matter to you. No. It's always been like this for you, so it doesn't matter, right? You'd have no reason to go insane. Of course not. That in itself is insanity. Bridget can't ask any questions. But one always haunts her. Why can her and her guardian do things she's only thought of doing with her friend. Like kissing, like cuddling.. and like scenes that should never happen to a 10 year old. Are those type of things suppose to happen to her? Why can't she say no? Why does he treat her like someone who has lost their mind? Who can't think for herself? Maybe she has. And maybe she can't. Her parents try to kill her, so it makes sense that she had lost it. But she hasn't. Not yet. Not until she looks where she's not supposed to. On a night, she'll never forget. On a night, where her enemy has to save her. Or else their both dead. (Canva pic, not my own for now)
