The Rebels Coup De Grâce (THG AU)

As the rebels are brawling for control over the Capitol, President Snow manages to nuke Districts 12 and 13. Unit 451, or the Star Squad, has been captured and are awaiting torture in the Capitol. President Snow has never been crueler, and now that he is grasping the districts, it's time to let the 77th Hunger Games commence.
