Watches from within birch trees.
Saw his own dimension burn,
Misses home and can't return.
Says he's happy. He's a liar,
Blame the arson for the fire.
If he wants to shirk the blame,
He'll have to invoke my name.
One way to absolve his crime,
A different form, a different time."

PATIENT FILE - Bill Cipher
Greatest love: himself
Greatest fear: himself
Patient's odd phobias: 3D glasses, venetian blinds, TV static
Art therapy notes: all he draws are red and blue triangles
When he called the a god's name, he'd expected to undergo deadly trails in order to live again. He was wrong. So, very wrong.
As far as the townsfolk know, Bill Cipher has been dead for years. His stone form has been left to decay and crumble, forgotten and lost.
The humans of dimension 46'\ are strange, cowardly and ridiculously stupid. There are only a few exceptionally intelligent minds a generation, but even most of them are idiots. Stanford Filbrick Pines is just one example; he managed to build the first-ever gateway by mankind to other worlds, but dumb enough to build it just because a demon told him to.
After two (almost three), long years, the Pines are making their return to Gravity Falls, a small town in Oregon. Everyone is as friendly as ever, how boring. At least the weirdness is still here. Although, that's not always a good thing.
His soul is out there, drifting, waiting for the right sucker to come along and set him free. Shake his hand, pull him out, the party begins again.
Something is waking up.
