In which an 18 year old Madonna falls deeply in love with an African American boy that's older than her. She doesn't care about the age difference or the color of his skin. His love for her is all that mattered; Her family is strict about Madonna dating out of her race especially her grandmother. During her summer in Harlem with her father, she teaches her 15 year old sister what it means to have pride in your race and to love everybody. Will her sister understand the true meaning of self love and pride ? Will Madonna give in to her grandmother's wishes or will she go with her heart and stay with him?
