Mius pov:

I grabbed my phone and dialed Kaede. "Hey miu!" She said I could hear her smiling through the phone that made me smile. "H-Hey." I said coughing getting harder and harder to breathe I felt like I could die and I knew I might which made me even more scared

"So uh- I-" I coughed again "I need to t-tell you something." I said stuttering and coughing "oooo what is it?!" Kaede asked. I took a deep breath in but ended up coughing once more. "W-Well I have this stupid flower Disease and I might die." I said "wait really?! Miu you have to be joking please!" Kaede cried out

"I'm not joking and I'm sorry this is a confession and a possible goodbye. Kaede I've liked you Since middle school as more than a friend but if you like shuichi I accept that fate. I love you." I said then I collapsed on the ground a thump could be heard.

I was gasping for breath it was getting harder and harder to breathe I screamed for help to times but it was no- I couldn't finish that when I heard "I- I MIU?! I LOVE YOU TOO! PlEASE ARE YOU THERE?!" I couldn't speak I couldn't move I just gasped for breath "MIU?! IM COMING OVER!"

Kaedes pov:

Me and miu lived really close so I knew where she lived and I ran there calling both kirumi and shuichi on the way there shuichi said he was doing something with kokichi. I didn't even get to explain. I was happy for him though. Then I called kirumi who said she'd be there in a hour. She did live very far away from miu so it's fine.

I got to her house. I twisted the door knob the door was unlocked I walked inside her house. I could hear someone gasping for breath so I ran up to mius room. The door was opened and she was on the floor surrounded by blood and flower petals coughing up blood and gasping for breath.

"Miu?!" I shouted despite her coughing I hugged her and her breathing started to calm down she smiled at me miu slowly wrapped her arms around me before she broke the silence "Kaede..?" She had stopped coughing "Yeah miu?" I answered  "if you love me... and weren't lying or trying to make me feel better... why are you dating...him..?"

"Well uh basically he's just a friend he wanted me to fake date him so he could make kokichi jealous... and I told you because I like you... I'm sorry" I broke down in sobs and hugged her tighter I didn't know what to say anymore

And we stayed hugging both of us sobbing for a while until we heard a voice "are you two okay?" Kirumi asked and we both pulled away from the hug "how long were you there?!" Miu asked "about ten minutes." Kirumi laughed then kirumi looked at miu "Miu! The flowers on your face are gone!" She exclaimed "wait does that mean-" Miu said "mean what?" I asked them Miu and kirumi looked at each other "I'll get going now." Kirumi said and walked downstairs opening the door and leaving

Mius pov:

SHE LOVES ME!!! Oh.my. god. "Uh- the thing about this disease is that it's caused by one sided love and if the other person returns their feeling the other person is healed. This means you- you- ugh sorry-" I said after rambling "O-Oh yeah- I'm sorry. But yes I do love you, more than anything." She said "I-I don't know what to sa-" I got cut off by her soft lips pressing against mine the kiss was long but not to long

She pulled away "So does this make us girlfriends?" I asked "W-Well if you want us to be?" Kaede said "of course I want us to be!" I exclaimed "Then it's official." Kaede took her hand in mine and then I kissed her she was my girlfriend and it's all I ever wanted.
