As the snowfall on a winter night,
I embraced the memories of the past.
Sweet and sour, it had all sorts of taste,
Yet I cherished them all with delight. For it brought back the memories of you,
The first time I held you,
The first time I kissed you.
The first time you smiled,
The first time you cried. To the time when you left,
To follow your dreams.
I cried silent tears, vain screams,
With a pang of sadness,
I was left distressed.Years had passed,
The grief has passed
And all that was left,
Was the memories of the past. But memories don't fade, dear.
Afterall, grief and pain,
Was a Mother's blessing and curse.
But the memories which remained,
Was rather sweet with a tinge of remorse.Afterall, the moment she bore him her her womb,
She also bore him in her heart.____________________________________________
