Gadgets: Telescoping boots that are capable of catapulting him into the air, Telescoping gloves which extends his reach and grip, Explosive pies, A gunned jack in the box and a customed Gun with a Vengeance Man doll on it.

Backstory: Simon was clown/acrobat and was the popular act of The circus big top Felicity until there was a major blackout by Robinson tech a company runned by Bryan robinson that hosted a party that Simon and the rest of the circus got hired for entertaiment. Almost everyone was dead minus Simon, Bryan and a few people from the circus after simon seening his friends and family killed he snapped and sworn revenge against Bryan, Using engineering skills and help from the few alive members of big top felicity becoming the costumed criminal KillJoy.

Why he was sent here: At first it was for murder but ever since his first encounter with Vengeance Man his crimes were starting to get ridiculous, Almost getting the city fill with pink foam, Trying to kill Vengeance Man for a movie he was making and actually releasing it to the public and probably one of his weirdest crime is that one time he went on a major crime spree in seattle, Luckily Dark Hood captured him and brought him back here and the reason why he was doing a crime spree in a diffrent city? he simply  said ."Why not?" like its a joke.

Extra info: Apparently he hates Elrod then he does vengeance because he takes the spot of the number one criminal in the city which means for him Xander is getting all the attention of the media and especially vengeance man, Speaking of him one of the Doctors that has a session with Simon has asked why he has such a obsession for Vengeance and why he does all these crimes to get his attention, And he replied with .
