Chapter 37

( I know I messed up...."

It was probably around 4 or 3of the afternoon so Darry and pony and soda might be awake now
I enter to the house and see Darry reading a newspaper and drinking a cup of coffee

" hey where have you been, and why are you limping?" He asked
Shit I couldn't tell him what happened

" um I went for a walk early and I accidentally tripped on my way here" I said

" mm okay" he said looking if he knew that I was lying to him
I looked at pony and see him have smile

" the hell you looking at dork" I said heading upstairs

I dropped everything on the floor and flopped on the bed
For some reason I feel guilty for doing something like that
I heard a small knock coming to my door

" come in" I shouted

I lift up my head and see pony

" what do you want pony" I asked
I looked at him and see him still have that stupid smile

" I know you slept with Dallas" he said

" what......" I said

" I'm not stupid coming home limping and it's easy seeing that hickey on you neck" he said pointing at my neck
I covered up my neck and locked the door

" okay yes I did slept with but I was drunk I didn't knew what I was doing" I said

" are you guys are thing or something?" He asked

"No I don't think so
I mean we kissed once and now we slept with each other but they only happen because we were both drunk okay" I said

" beside it felt wrong...." I said

" how come?" He asked

" I don't know..... I just have so much mix's feelings pony I feel everything is going wrong.... the friendship that I had with Dallas fell apart
Now I could never get out the house because of Jason and now I'm having so much mix's feelings for Dallas......" I said putting my head down

" hey it's your decision y/n if you have feelings for Dallas then you should tell him" he said

" I already did" I said looking up at him

" then what did he said?" He asked

" he said that he has the same feelings and I said maybe we should stay as friends so none of us don't get hurt then he said that he wants to be more than friends" I said

" then"

" then he yelled at me saying why am I denying my feelings about him and that when I got mad at him and walked away.......
And then next day it's when I went to bucks and things happened between us" I said

" well like I said it's your decision if you have feelings for him that much you should be with him" he said

" yeah your right pony I should tell him that I'm in love with him and that I want to be with him" I said getting up and getting out the house....

I ran to bucks and I was standing In the porch I was shaking a bit I was very nervous I was about to knock on the door but I looked at the window seeing Dallas in bar drinking he looked sad then I see bucks talking to him and see bucks look at the window and see Dallas turn around i froze I felt so nervous so I chickened out of there.....

I ran to the lot and sat down on a old car seat
I panic again....
what if he doesn't feel the same anymore what if he was just using me for sex's I had so many negative thoughts that put me down even more I lay down on the seat and looked at the sky and slowly closed my eyes and felt myself zoned in until I hear branch cracked I got up as fast I can and looked around but there was know one there I put my hand my pocket I pulled out my switchblade. I kept hearing noises but there was know one when I sense someone was behind me

" you better back off" I said pulling out my blade at them

" hey calm down it's just me" Dallas said

" Dallas what are you doing here" I said

" I saw you in the window at bucks then saw you ran off so I came looking for if you were okay" he said

" well I'm fine okay I- i just have to go now" I said put he stop me by grabbing my arm

" why do you keep running off?" He ask

" it's because we did it???" He said

" no- no it's not about that ...." i said

" then???" He ask

" I um I'm just going to go" I said walking past him

I walked back to the Curtis house and see pony In the living room watching tv

" so are you guys a thing?" He asked

" no I didn't told him about"

" I was nervous " I said

" of what" he said

" I don't know" I said

" well you had your chance to tell him in that moment but you messed up" he said

" I know......"

" I know I fucked up okay you don't have to tell me okay" I said going upstairs
I flopped on the bed and slowly closed my eyes...

I woke up in the middle of night hearing noises coming outside I grabbed my blade and head downstairs
I open the door and check everywhere around the house but there was nothing when I was about to go back inside someone grab me from behind and put a blade on my neck

" you think we weren't going to to gave up looking for you princess" I heard Jason voice my heart stopped for a second I was scared I didn't know what to do at this moment I just froze I felt like I couldn't call for help my whole body just stood there frozen

" now your going to pay what you did" he said

" Jason stop!!" I yelled

" I do anything you want okay just don't hurt me pls " I said

" anything??" He said

" yes anything" I said

He put his blade away and push me to ground

" okay you better obey me if you don't you and your friends will pay" he shouted

" okay" I said

He walked away with devilish grin on his face
I sat down on the porch and let out a shakily sigh

" what did I got myself into......"
