Chapter Three

I followed Bolt through the big city to this large building made of glass. We entered the main entrance passing by random people in the lobby and approaching two large gray walls. Bolt jumped up and pressed a button with a arrow pointing up and the doors/walls Opened. Bolt walked in. I was a bit scared because I never seen this before so Im not really trusting of it.

"Whats wrong?" Bolt asked. "um..i...haven't seen this before...Im not sure I trust it." I said backing away a bit. I was still nervous about it but Bolt's warm smile gave me enough confidence to walk through. Bolt pressed a button labeled "22" and we started going up. It was silent most of  the ride up untill Bolt tried breaking the silence. "So...uh Cheshire..where you from?" Bolt asked. "Im from wonderland." I tell him. "wonder What?" Bolt asked Confused. "Wonderland....a world full of nonsense...it was created by a girl name Alice's imagination" I said.Bolt looked at me confused. "What?" Bolt asked.

"Nevermind. So how about you?" I asked. "Im a former TV Star for a action TV Show named after me. Basically I had all these powers in the show...action powers like laser vision, super strength not your typical magic and fairytales where you wish upon a star or a fairy godmother swoops in to save the day or you fall down a rabbit hole....or whatever." Bolt said. The thing is that all of that happened. Im probably in some sort of reality world or whatever. Anyways the door opened up and we walked out of the elevator thing and headed a door that said "Room 22" with a picture of a "light bulb like silhouette" on it. Bolt pushed open his dog door and we went inside.

"Hey wags." Said a black female cat who was laying on a black sofa. "Hey Mittens." Bolt said. "Who is that??" Said a hamster in a plastic ball. "Oh this is Cheshire. Cheshire this is Mittens and Rhino. I found him outside with his head stuck in a fence and I helped him out. He's kinda lost so Can he stay here untill we find out where he's from?" Bolt asked.The whole time Rhino was giving me a fake smile that for sure was fake.  "Yeah sure. Penny is gonna be home in a few hours. She went shopping with her friends and her mom's at work Can I talk to you in private?" Mittens said. "Whose Penny?" I asked. "Shes' our owner. and Sure." Bolt said. Bolt and Mittens went into another room leaving me with the Hamster Rhino.

"I know your secret." Rhino said giving me a dirty look. "what secret?" I asked him. "I think its disgusting that you leave wonderland thinking you can cheat your way into a family! I worked hard to get where I am now. Do you have any idea how awful you are? how filify you smell and look??! How you look like a hobo cat?!" Rhino snapped at me. Reader, for your infomation im a small, slender pink and purple stripped cat with a long tail. My fur smells like cotten candy if you smell it really close. I obviously do not smell or look like a "hobo".

"Im sorry excuse m-" But I was cut off. Rhino starts moving towards me. "No! You dont get to say anything! I dont wanna hear any garbage that comes out of your mouth. Theres a reason that your parents think your lazy and stupid because its true! You are ugly, incompetent and idiotic. I would get out of here right here right now because if you dont, I will destroy you and GET RID OF YOU. Do you understand??!" Rhino asked.

I was really hurt by that. I ran out in the hallway crying , like Heavily crying and shaking. I knew it was too good to be true. This is WHY I like being alone. The mere Idea of rejection hurts me. I never try to make any friends because I feared this would Happen. I curled my tail around me and finished sobbing. I know very well I dont belong here. But Im gonna stick around because Bolt might be my only chance of me surfing in this world. Mittens and Bolt have been nice to me. Plus Im not gonna give Rhino the SATISFACTION of winning. That's not gonna happen.
