   So yeah I'm in my room with Amelia preparing for the 'little' get-together my parents are hosting, my relatives are coming and yes Damon's parents and relatives are coming too, so as Amelia's

   I want to talk to Damon today so I'm pretty tense for when I'll see him at the party. Now don't believe that 'little get-together' I said earlier, this is a frickin huge party and big business friends of my dad will be there

   Everyone is secretly dressing to outdo the other, it's a thing about rich people I guess but my mum has picked my outfit any way

   After we wore the cloths I spent most of our makeup time gushing about how Amelia's red her fits the pale green colour of he dress which left us with only 15minutes for our makeup.

    Fortunately our makeup artist that my mom hired is a wonder worker and finished both our makeups in about 18minutes.

   When I got down my brothers Amelia and I took one limo while my parents took the other. Later in the drive Kieran told us that he broke up with Kim, Amelia couldn't careless and despite my reaction I wasn't actually shocked

    They are two different people with two totally different personalities, if you saw them these past three months you won't even know they were dating.

    I stare out the window throughout the drive, My eighteenth birthday is coming up in three weeks time and I'm excited for it. I always believed that once I'm eighteen then I'm legally legal.

   I know it's not just my birthday it's Kieran's too but then he really doesn't care about it, he just sees it as an avenue to meet new girls and eat free food which I think is silly but then that's him not me

   We reached the Grand De Luca's hotel where the event was taking place, Amelia and I had taken so many pictures already but I'm sure we'll end up taking more here

   Kieran is my date for the event while Kayden is Amelia's, it doesn't actually count as a date it's just the person we walk in with, the paparazzi were already lined by the doors. I'm likely to find Charlotte the cheerleading captain and Nick their parents are elites who never miss fancy parties

   Did I ever tell you about Charlotte's snobby mum, I probably did. I'll have to be stuck with her and her botoxed face for at least ten minutes she doesn't even smile. We got in and went for the usual meet and greet with our parents friends and of course some of their sons hitting on me

  I scanned the crowd, my dress is lovely but there are even more beautiful ones here, like I said everyone is trying to outdo the other.

   I've been trying to find Damon since I got here cause I really want to talk to him
 
   I grab a cocktail from a waiter passing by still searching for him in the crowd "looking for someone" a voice comes up behind me

   I turn around and frown on sighting the face, this is Brian the son of a rich greedy pig named Albert Morello whom my dad regrets ever doing business with.

   Although having good looks Brian is just as sneaky as his father, extremely cocky and self obsessed is exactly what he is. He's been hitting on me at every opportunity he has since I clocked sixteen

    "No, can I help you" I ask with pursed lips

    "Don't be so cold sweetheart, I'm just keeping you company you look lonely don't forget my time is money so I'm doing you a favour besides I do like you" he smirks

   "well you can go spend your time on something else cause you're wasting it here" I rolled my eyes turning back to scan the crowd

   He mumbled something about getting older and getting ruder before leaving, I spot Nick's parents with Eleanor a famous jeweler

   So Nick is here eyeroll. Last I saw him he was acting really creepy like hiding his phone at English class and changing his lockers password

   Now changing the password of your locker is not a bad thing it's just that Nick rarely keeps things in his locker even the dead know that and he has a big mirror in it so girls normally use his locker for quick makeup retouches before heading for class

    Besides they brag about having access to his locker so now you get why I said changing his lockers password is creepy.

  About five minutes later I see Damon at the far end with a brunette on his arm wearing some cheap ass shit that doesn't belong here what the hell is going on

   I recognize the girl as Sandra who walked up to me in the grocery store asking for Damon's number. Now she's his plus one wow just wow

   They are engrossed in a conversation with a young couple and it seems like they are enjoying it, Jealousy starts to ravage my brain as I struggle to keep calm, I can't jump to conclusions not yet

  As I continue staring at them my phone pings, I receive a message and photo from a weird number. I open it still watching the two in anger and what I see shocks me.

   Hey Kiiara
          How's the event going, I don't mean to bother you but as you can see Damon has moved on so it's best you get over him

   I looked at Sandra but she was still talking with damon and the couple, who in the world is playing this dirty trick, I looked back at the pictures

    It was a picture of Sandra kissing Damon's neck with his hand on her waist, I could tell this isn't fake, seeing it filled me with anger

   I turned around to leave the hall my eyes locked with Damon's, he stared at me alarmed then started making his way over to me through the crowd I quickly turned and ran out without looking back
